NO MOUNTAIN HIGH ENOUGH?
BEN NEVIS WEEKEND TREK 2013
31 May – 2 June
We’re inviting you to support Survival International by pledging to climb Ben Nevis, the highest point in the British Isles.
In Gaelic, Ben Nevis means ‘Mountain of Heaven’ and stands at a lofty height of 1,343 m, or approximately 4,000 ft.
For this expedition, you’ll be walking on well-maintained paths, at your own pace, led by experienced Discover Adventure leaders. This trek is designed to be challenging for those of good health and fitness.
The 11-mile trek is expected to take approximately 6 to 9 hours – afterwards, you’ll be able to celebrate your achievement with a hearty meal (and well deserved drink!) back at base with fellow Survival supporters.
Included in this trip will be return coach transfers from Glasgow to Fort William, accommodation and meals.
We’re fully booked!
All places on this year’s Ben Nevis Weekend Trek have been filled, but you can still join Team Survival for Nightrider London, an 100km bike ride through moonlit central London.
